We supply high volumes of graded and classified PolyVinyl Butyral (PVB) scrap sourced from automotive windshield recycling lines and architectural laminating plants.

Available Scrap Grades & Forms

• Grade A Transparent PVB Trims: Clean post-industrial edge trims from architectural laminating factories (unprinted, no glass).
• Grade B Automotive Windshield Scraps: Delaminated and air-cleaned PVB film scraps from automotive glass recycling lines (moisture < 1.5%, residual glass < 0.2%).
• Compounded PVB Regrind: Shredded and washed PVB flakes (6–12 mm) ready for extrusion feeding.
• Off-Grade PVB Rolls: Surplus factory rolls, thickness variations, and discontinued production batches.

Packaging & Export Logistics

All materials are packaged in tightly compacted 400–500 Kg bales wrapped with stretch film or packed in heavy-duty woven bags. We supply in full 20ft (approx. 18–20 MT) and 40ft High Cube containers (approx. 25–27 MT) with full customs documentation and Certificate of Analysis (COA).
