Product Overview & Material Quality
Our Recycled PVB (PolyVinyl Butyral) granules are reprocessed from de-laminated automotive windshields and architectural safety glass. Because raw PVB film contains residual moisture and plasticizers, our multi-stage twin-screw extrusion, vacuum degassing, and continuous screen filtration removes 100% of micro-glass fragments. The resulting pellets provide exceptional elasticity, adhesive bonding, tensile elongation, and UV weatherability at a fraction of virgin polymer costs.
