Aavishkar Recycling LLP provides complete turnkey solutions, patented delamination machinery, and chemical-mechanical process technology to recycle automotive windshields and architectural laminated glass. We offer two proven machinery classes: (A) Semi-Automatic Modular Units (handling 200 to 300 Tons per month with low capital expenditure and just 30 HP energy consumption) and (B) Fully Automatic CE-Certified Industrial Lines (handling 5 to 20 Tons per hour in technical collaboration with Alfa Therm). We support partners from plant layout, equipment installation, and operator training to guaranteed buy-back of recovered PVB scrap and long-term glass cullet off-take agreements.
